PayPal in combination with Synchrony Bank do not respect XXXX preferences for me to not receive advertisements for credit cards in the mail. A few months ago, I received a piece of mail to apply for the PayPal XXXX Mastercard. However, many years ago, I submitted a permanent Opt-Out Election form to XXXX so that I would never receive unsolicited credit card offers. I have tried calling PayPal because the advertisement is for a PayPal credit card, but they sent me to various departments and the " best '' answer I got to no longer receive mail was to sign up on XXXX And it seemed as though PayPal tried to blame Synchrony Bank but Synchrony Bank has no record of me. But considering I have been signed up for XXXX for many years, it's clear neither respect that list.
