I opened a Citi XXXX XXXX Mastercard account in late XX/XX/XXXX. I received an offer confirmation letter dated XX/XX/XXXX stating the following " Effective XX/XX/XXXX, the promotional Annual Percentage Rate ( APR ) of 0.00 % applies to each transferred balance made under this offer until XX/XX/XXXX. '' However, they began charging me interest in XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted the company at XXXX and spoke with XXXX about the error & she said they would not be able to reverse the interest charges unless I printed out a copy of the Offer Confirmation letter account & send it to them through the US mail. Now, they already have a copy of this letter & it is also viewable & available for download on my online account. Please see the attached Office Confirmation letter dated XX/XX/XXXX and my latest statement dated XX/XX/XXXX.
