During the past years with PayPal Credit and Amazon before Synchrony Bank combine the payment process, I always paid my account out to a XXXX balance each month by the XXXX. However, now Synchrony Bank has employees to take both payment simultaneously with the same representative and payments are " lost '' or misappropriated to the wrong accounts. Now between XXXX to XXXX, 2021, {$220.00} worth of payments are lost. My money has been transferred from one account to another. I have requested almost 10 times on a recorded line that the calls be pulled between XXXX through XXXX, 2021 to see exactly what I stated and how my payments were processed. I have spend over a hundred hours out of my recent days attempting to address this. I am an honest person and good customer. My account has never gone into collections. However, I do not have {$220.00} to give away.
