Consumer Narrative
I went to refinance my mortgage and had everything ready to go and then the bank calls and says they cant approve my loan due to a recent unsatisfactory judgement from wakefield and associates. I had taken out a XXXX loan in XX/XX/XXXX and that judgement didnt show up on my credit plus I have taken out another XXXX in personal loans in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and again nothing about this on my credit report. So I contact wakefield and i will attach the email that says the whole story.
