Citibank keeps decreasing my credit limits on all my cards which is impacting my credit ratio because I make payments and they decrease my limit to whatever my balance is which is showing that my credit is being used at 98 % ratio. I have not missed a payment or in collection with any company and I understand that a review could be completed every year or every few months but not ever single month to discuss my payment. I always receive mail from Citibank to do a balance transfer how would I be able to do a balance transfer even if I wanted to if Citibank keeps decreasing my limit. What they are doing is unethical and seems like Im getting profiled by Citibank. Please help
