I closed on a home loan with BoA in XXXX of 2019 to which my taxes and insurance were to be paid in escrow. Every month my statement showed taxes and insurance for escrow to which I paid on time monthly. BoA failed to pay my insurance. When my insurance contacted me about non payment I called boa and they said theyd immediately wire the money over. They did not.
