On XX/XX/2021 I made a {$20000.00} payment to my Costco Visa by mistake. On XX/XX/2021 I discovered my mistake and contacted Citi Bank Visa to request a refund. I received a written response from Citi that they would reply back with a status in 7-10 days. On XX/XX/2021 I spoke with Citi Bank ( XXXX ) team id # XXXX and he promised to investigate and give me a follow up status on Monday XX/XX/2021. I didn't received a follow up status call. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I got a different story each time and no follow up call with a status. It appears that they are deliberately holding onto my funds and playing ignorant. I can tell their XXXX system has tracked all of my calls but they don't seem motivated to solve my problem.
