They CLAIMED they did but it wasn't done properly Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( e ) which defines an investigative consumer report as a consumer report in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, etc, who may have information of any items on the consumer file which you will have to show me proof via an affidavit of fact under penalty of perjury ; I DO NOT CONSENT TO ANY AUTOMATED RESPONSE OR E-OSCAR VERIFICATION METHOD. and if they can't, they must CLOSE the account and IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF THE NEGATIVE REMARKS they've made against me on my credit report pursuant to THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 15 U.S. CODE 1681 1681i.
