Bank of America has cause major stress for me the last 30 days. I had ach transactions I e attempted to stop that they said would stop. They didnt, they went as far as having to close my account to try to get it to stop but yet it continued for almost a week. They finally got it to cease but instead of correcting the fees due to their error, they took the money for the fees from one of my other accounts. Didnt return my money. I had to fight tooth and nail to get those fees corrected because the system wouldnt allow them to go through. This was finally fixed after multiple calls due to their representatives dropping the ball. Then, I had to dispute two items. Those of which were filed incorrectly. They gave me a temporary refund on the items, and because the items were filed incorrectly they later took those funds back out of my account. I was told it was because I didnt submit documentation l, but upon speaking to a representative, she and I both saw that no documentation was ever requested. So she then refilled it for me, but now Im out of that money too. Then I look today and theyve taken more money out of my account that I am now on the phone currently ( 45 min hold ) to find out what it is for. Im so sick of this bank. Im completely done!!! I wish I could sue the pants off them because there is no rhyme or reason for this especially when it all due to their own errors. Each and everytime. Im doing what I am supposed to as a consumer, yet Im getting the short end of the stick and they get to rob me blind with no notice whatsoever!!
