I discovered XX/XX/2021 that Home Depot, Citi Bank had reported a delinquency to the credit bureaus. I was shocked because I thought the issue had been resolved. They took the late payment off their records and did not charge me the late fee. My problem as I hold them was that I was not receiving my mail regularly if at all. I have been with them for 30+ years and always have paid on time. When I discovered the ding on my credit I called and they told me I was 31 days late and they had to report it. The amount past due was {$10.00}. I am outraged. They say they can't do anything but I know they can remove it.I got a letter XX/XX/XXXX saying they would look into it but when I called they said they could not. The letter asked for all the information they already had. I'm furious!
