A few months ago, Citgo / Synchrony changed their complete credit card system including the rewards that are offered. They now say that it takes 2 to 3 billing cycles to reflect the rewards that should be applied. On my statement of XX/XX/XXXX, my rewards were shown for my purchases during the month of XXXX and I was not given my rewards of previous months. Now in my XX/XX/XXXX statement there are no rewards credited to my account for XXXX ; nor for any previous months. I am owed many credits for previous months purchases as well as current. If XXXX 's statement showed my credits, my should statements since XXXX and going forward not reflect applied credits. Citgo / Synchrony is transacting fraudulent practices. I have contacted them recently and once before about missing rewards and nothing is done.
