Late XXXX of XXXX, I made a purchase with Macys credit for a sectional, a rug, and a set of three tables. During this call I was dealing with placing an order for over 6 hours. The furniture representative and the credit department took a total of 6 hours to place my order. As a result of the wait the furniture representative told me she would apply 20 percent off the entire order to include the worry no more warranty, sectional, rug and tables. I was told that once items were delivered Id receive a credit to my account ( it was to warn Macys bonus money ). After the rug and tables were delivered ( late ) i had to call many times to get Macys credit to honor the 20 percent off. They finally honored it. The furniture ( sectional ) took almost one year to arrive every month Macys made an excuse and for the lateness they would give roughly XXXX off ( to be applied after delivery ). Well I finally got the sectional ( almost one year later ) and the 20 % is not shown. I called Macys the day it was delivered and every day after they would put me on hold and with my busy job I could stay on the line for hours so Id call the next day. Today I get a hold of a team lead XXXX from the presidential line and he refused to apply the 20 % that was originally promised to the sectional I told him it was separate from the late credits. He said Im not allowed to return the couch either since Ive had it for 8 days. I explained how long Ive been dealing with this. Ive spent well over XXXX in a year because I have an investment property fully furnished by Macys ( I had many issues with those deliveries as well credit charging double for items lost items etc ). Im very upset and I want the 20 percent promised to me or they can return the sectional at full price.
