The company, XXXX XXXX has contacted my family members ( wife, mother in law, father in law, mother, father, sister, grandmother ) continuously. They have never tried to call or text me. I have asked them to stop by calling them multiple times to request they do not contact any of my family members. Nothing is working. They continue to contact anybody that is possibly related to me even after I called and gave them my number. The company they say theyre collecting for is one I have never had any business dealings with and they refuse to send me any paperwork or information showing a contract of any sort. One person I spoke with cussed me out and told me he would XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX as well as threatening to sue for {$15000.00} if I didnt pay {$370.00}, which is the amount I supposedly owe the company theyre saying they represent.
