On XX/XX/XXXX my wife and I signed closing docs for a refinance with Better Mortgage. The funding date was set to be XX/XX/XXXX. Cash transfers were to be handled by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. When XX/XX/XXXX came and passed my previous mortgage account was not paid off when I checked my online portal. I asked the Mortgage Advisor at Better who was handling my loan and was told to wait a couple of days. As at XXXX there is still no sign of any funds. They have also failed to pass on funds to XXXX XXXX for property taxes and XXXX for insurance. Despite several follow ups Better did not escalate my issue until 10 days past the date on XX/XX/XXXX and I am constantly having to chase still.
