Citibank froze my account for what they consider is " suspicious activity '', which is me trying to log on to mobile banking. And then when I called to verify my identity, they said they couldn't find my name attached to my phone number in their third-party database of " public records '', even though my phone number is recorded in Citibank 's system. Now they have blocked my access to banking. I can't use my money to pay my rent and bills. They won't let me take the money out to go somewhere else. The 90-day hold they're placing is the period of time I need to use the money. I need my money back asap. Citibank is blatantly withholding my money without cause and being inflexible with their own house of cars of a risk policy.
