On XXXX XXXX my Chase Amazon credit card was charged {$490.00}. for gift cards from 4 different places. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and a place called the XXXX XXXX XXXX. Amazon sent me an email about a possible fraud alert for this transaction. I called and all the transactions were cancelled. I have emails confirming this. I called Chase and cancelled my Amazon credit card as it had been compromised. They issued me a new card to replace the one compromised. The first statement for the new card there appears the {$200.00}. charge for the XXXX XXXX XXXX that was canceled from the previous card. I immediately called Chase Bank and explained that we did not make this transaction. I then called the XXXX XXXX XXXX and informed them that this is a duplicate of the previous transaction I disputed a month ago. They checked into it and sent me a email stating that the charge was refunded and I should see a refund on my next statement. I have been disputing this monthly with, and even sent them copies of, my cancellation emails from the company, and to date the refuse to issue me the credit for {$200.00} I do not know what else I can do I have all the proof that that the company sent me but Chase Bank still refuses to show the credit on my statement. Can you help me get this resolved once and for all?
