On XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Texas let someone who was not me withdraw {$7100.00} out of my personal checking account with NetSpend. I have fought NetSpend ever since and now they are saying that the deactivation and activation of the cards used that morning was completed on my current phone. This is lies and not true at all. The lady who works at XXXX XXXX XXXX knows that I did not come into that store that morning. I have people who are home with me that knows I was asleep when these transactions happened. Now NetSpend will not help me get my money back.
