BANK OF AMERICA WAS PAID AND CURRENT AS OF XX/XX/2021. I WAS CAUGHT UP ON ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS. WITH THE XXXX AND XXXX I WAS XXXX XXXX IN THE HOSPITAL FOR XXXX WEEKS. THE COMPANY KEPT ON SENDING ME PAPERWORK FROM THE ESTATE DEPT. LONG STORY SHORT, THEY WERE UNDER THE IMPRESSION I HAD DIED. THEY SAID THEY CALLED AND SAID SOMEBODY TOLD THEM I DIED. THAT IS NOT TRUE. SO WHAT THEY DECIDED TO DO IS RESET MY ACCOUNT TO SHOW IT'S 2 MONTHS PAST DUE AS OF XX/XX/2021. IT SHOULD BE 6 MONTHS PAST. THE ROLLING THE LATE CHARGES AND FEE 'S AND INTERST ALL OVER AGAIN. IHAVE TRIED TO CALL THEM AND THEY WILL NOT TALK TO ME. SO, IN ESSENCE, THEY ARE GONG TO CHARGE ME INTEREST, LATE CHARGES AND FEES TILL XXXX BEFORE I CAN SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT. THIS IS A MAJOR FDCPA VIOLATION.
