At the beginning of this month, XXXX, I looked at my credit report and found multiple inconsistent and inaccurate information from multiple creditors. One of those creditors is Chase. They are reporting two accounts to the credit bureaus, with multiple inaccuracies and inconsistent information that violates the FCRA and is non Metro2 compliant. Because of these violations, on XX/XX/2021, I sent Chase a letter stating that they are reporting inaccurate & inconsistent information on my credit report. I requested that they show me proof that they are reporting 100 % accurate information, and if they could not provide me sufficient proof, then I request an immediate deletion. On XX/XX/2021, Chase sent me a letter back stating " Your request didn't have enough information for us to begin an investigation. '' Which I don't agree with. I sent them a letter with all the information they needed to start an investigation. I am reaching out to the CFPB to make sure that Chase takes my concerns seriously and helps me delete this inaccurate and inconsistent information off my credit report.
