Consumer Narrative

In XX/XX/2020 I saw charges on my account that were unfamiliar, XXXX for about {$220.00}, and another for XXXX XXXX for just under {$10.00}. I called in to the fraud team at BOA and they were reviewing the account and verified they were ONLINE purchases, no chip used. At the same time they saw other suspicious charges out of Vermont I wasnt aware of they wrapped into the claim. A few days later I reported those other charges in Vermont were legitimate and I only needed to keep the XXXX and XXXX charges. They said they'll note the account, even though I asked to start a new claim with just those 2 charges. As I started to research, I contacted XXXX to engage them in the fraud purchase, and they referred me to XXXX police. I worked with them and it lead to the arrest of the person who purchased the ticket. They tracked the ticket and awaited the user to board and arrested them. I have previously sent this all to BOA. Several weeks ago after going back and forth nearly a DOZEN times and about 100+ hours of phone time, they denied it once again, and my final letter advising that 1. Chip was used, and 2. signature obtained. the case worker on the account only receives voicemails and i have left them the last 3 months to him XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX ). I have asked for proof of signature. When I call the actual fraud department, every time I speak to them they can clearly see the charges and they were online charges with NO CHIP USED. they also agree that they are fraud, however, when it goes to the investigative unit they deny the claim. The reason I am told they deny the claim is that they are still looking at it for all of the 8-10 original charges on the claim, vs just the 2 that I need in the claim.I know the other are mine and they have known that since day 2. I am entitled to be treated fairly. The people i am able to talk to all agree it is fraud and online purchases. I also have a police report I have given them that collaborates the investigation and arrest. For some reason it goes to people that wont talk to me and I can only receive letters from them and they do not return calls.
