I went to the court to get information regarding a defaulted judgement and I realized that I was a defendant against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and had my address as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX. I did NOT live there and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Unions address is in XXXX XXXX NOT IN XXXX XXXX. Page 4 : Proof of Service dated XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX Its very interesting that even the processor knew that I did not live at that addressXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY XXXX Page 5 : Will show address history with New York Department of Social Services ( WIC ). Client was living at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. Page 6 : I filed an Order to Show Cause and stated reason I did not appear in court was because they had the wrong addresses listed XXXX XXXXXXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX. Page 7 : The Court put the case on the calendar again and gave the date of XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX I went to Court, and the Court told their counsel and the judge what happened and they ignored the fact that I had been served at the wrong address. They rescheduled for a later date. Judge wants me and Kirschenbaum to settle the case, but I am furious that she had a defaulted judgement against me and they have took my money.
