I received a text from my bank at XXXX am on XXXX XXXX asking about some fraudulent charges. I immediately confirm the chargers were fraudulent. The bank closed the cards. My credit card # was stolen at dinner on XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX. I was on in Florida for 24 hrs from XXXX on the XXXX to XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX. On XXXX and XXXX XXXX, while I was in Washington state, purchases were made. Charges. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2021. {$16.00} : XXXX & XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2021 {$67.00} : XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2021. {$330.00} : Parking XXXX XX/XX/2021. {$6.00} Bank of America claims to have investigated and holds me responsible for the full amount, despite they caught it first, I immediately reported it as stolen. I believe all charges should be removed from my account. Bank of America refuses to even abide by the consumer protection laws and hold me to the {$50.00} as the law states. The attached photos have dates and locations to show where I was on the dates, also a copy of a different credit card statement showing my charge for the Washington state ferries on XXXX XXXX along with a XXXX charge in XXXX XXXX Washington and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for dinner. Also attached is my work flight schedule showing my flight inbound on the XXXX and outbound on the XXXX. I had house guests on the XXXX and XXXX if necessary I can have them attest to my presence at home.
