Consumer Narrative

As of this writing I owe {$140000.00} in student loan, which has been handled by several companies who have been historically predatory with the interest rates and their predatory practices of so-called debt relief resolutions that target low-income and vulnerable borrowers, as myself has left me with surprise fees, damaged credit, lost loan records and repayment benefits resulting from loan servicer transfers. These predatory loan servicers are responsible for incorrectly processing my payments and how the payments are allocated to my loan, and overseeing billing and loan payoffs. The payments were processed incorrectly, which has lead to my inability to participate in forgiveness programs and the elaborate increase in interest. The fraudulent and deceptive services aimed at helping students " manage '' their student loan debt has personally increased my student loan debt to 5x of the original amount. The first company that handled my student loan was XXXX, account numbers # XXXX and # XXXX, in XXXX ( {$12000.00}, {$32000.00} and {$76000.00} ) which mishandled my payments and advised me to refinance my loan, the second company was XXXX # XXXX in XXXX ( {$22000.00} ), XXXX # XXXX in XXXX ( {$100000.00} ) and now Fed Loan # XXXX ( {$140000.00} ).
