XX/XX/2021 Today is my 4th of day in a row having my EDD debit card declined at a merchant. Today my card was denied for XXXX at XXXX even though I used my PIN. This was the 4th day of embarrassment trying to use my EDD debit card. I had to be removed out of line and taken to pay for my transaction with cash. And Bank of America wonders why I am constantly trying to withdrawal cash. The card was blocked without any notice to me even though I am signed up the fraud protection where I should receive a notice of suspected fraud. Also attached is a notice that Bank of America is suspending wallet pay services but there is absolutely no mention of suspending the card use for XXXX. This is quite obviously Bank of America trying to freeze the account through other means.
