I had money {$2500.00} deposited in my checking account using XXXX. At the time my company instructed to use the money to purchase Bitcoins through a XXXX kiosk. I did that and placed the money in a wallet that was provided to me. The transaction was successful. A claim has been made now for {$2300.00}. I called the bank and was told they could not help as nobody knew what the complaint was ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I called back on the XXXX and was then was told about the complaint. No details were given, just that the complaint was filed. Without investigating or asking me any details they just took the money. I asked if they could investigate. I was never told they would. More-less the money was gone. They acted like they could care less, and their was nothing they could do.
