Recently, I presented an offer as full settlement of default foreclosed judgment amount of about {$42000.00}. I forwarded an offer of about {$44000.00} cashiers check as full settlement. I understand that Rushmore denied the offer without contacting XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that obtained the assignment from XXXX XXXX at the time my chapter XXXX bankruptcy was still active. Rushmore LMS continue to fully engaged in unfair business practices and relying on their lawyer influences to dubiously sell the property in sheriffs sale because their lawyer relied on the judgment obtained in XXXX to manipulate the legal system to get the property sold in sheriffs sale on XX/XX/XXXX. Rushmore LMS business practice is deeply disturbing and fraudulent. They falsify statements and created escrow accounts, inspection fees to the extent that they are presently demanding {$67000.00} instead {$25000.00}. I demand for full detailed of the accounting but Rushmore refused and also refused to provide XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Exhibit A attached represent the 4 letters sent to post office for collections as registered mail which I regularly signed for. The letter doesnt have reliable contact information.
