My XXXX statement from Bank of America included three charges I did not make all to the same XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX for {$1800.00}, XX/XX/XXXX for {$20.00} and XXXX for {$5200.00}. I consulted them and they took the information. That was XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter saying these activities are consistent with my normal activities. I have never used this company before! They added the amounts back on my account and asked for payment. I contacted the phone number on the transaction for XXXX on the transaction XXXX only to get a recording and no one to talk to. When I needed the call the note at the top of my phone said fraud XXXX. I also found out that Bank of America has a XXXX liability policy. I want the charges removed from my bill
