On XX/XX/2021, I Sent a wire transfer of {$3000.00} to my brother XXXX XXXX. I sent it at XXXX EST under the impression it would be sent same day due to their website stating if wire transfers were sent before XXXX, they would be processed and sent to the recipient the same day. If sent after XXXX, it would be the next day. It's XXXX EST on XX/XX/2021, and the transfer has not arrived to his account. I called XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX. I explained to her the issue and stated I paid a {$30.00} fee to have this service send money the same day. XXXX does NOTHING to help the situation and tries to provide me with the FED reference number saying the recipient needs to track the money. I told her I did not call for the reference number as it's stated online already. I called to see where my money was at because I paid the bank for the service. If the service wasn't going to rendered, I want a refund and a reversal of my {$3000.00}. I told her I could have used XXXX XXXX service for same day. She said wires take up to 24 hours ; I told her that's not the issue ; the issue is the false advertisement on the banks site that DOES NOT have any small print that tells you how long the transfer can take. It just says same day. Screen shot attached. I told XXXX the call was being recorded due to her inability to assist. she hung up the phone at that time. XXXX transferred me to XXXX, a XXXX male who stated he was a supervisor. After tell XXXX what occurred, he refused to assist claiming he could not verify my account. I asked him several times to send the text for verification to my personal cell number as I was on my business line and it was trying to call me while I was on the phone with him. I did not want to switch over because I did not want to lose the call with XXXX. XXXX refused to verify my account and did nothing to remedy the situation. I spoke with Chase Bank yesterday XX/XX/2021 and they verified the money was indeed reversed and returned to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021. As of today, XX/XX/2021, i finally received a reversal but there was {$40.00} missing. Apparently Chase bank stole my money because of their mess up. I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY. I am not waiting anymore days or hours for your inadequate employees to do their jobs correctly. I have sent this to the Florida attorney general, the federal attorney general, and XXXX. I have also submitted complaints to CFPB, left bad reviews on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and of courseXXXX XXXX. I am getting other clients together who have published complaints on CFPB and XXXX website to possibly get a class action lawsuit against your bank for theft.
