Just received BofAs response of XX/XX/XXXX to my CFPB complaint which is filled with half truths. At the beginning if the pandemic in XX/XX/XXXX I was told I could defer my mortgage payments and they would be tacked on to the end of mortgage loan. Not true. I was supposed to pay in a lump sum which I did to avoid confusion and BofA twisting of the facts. There was an error on my billpay ON ONE MORTGAGE PAYMENT in XX/XX/XXXX which I took care of immediately. They claim I was in default for two weeks. LIES. It was a bank error ONE MONTH and it was immediately corrected. Bank of America may be trying to appear woke but its a predatory agency. And they LIE. This correspondence is testimony. So what that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX reduced my loan balance back in XXXX. Despite my industry professional experience, I was a XXXX returning grad student in film XXXX to teach at the university setting and was making a portfolio film at that time with great sacrifice. I have awarded films six! Plus my prior awarded TV credits dating back years. Im a member of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). All I wanted was a refi. Ive lived here for forty years and have a XXXX score of XXXX. The bank discriminates and lies!!!
