This horrific fraud scheme first started end of XXXX I have been dealing with this dispute battle for almost 4 months. I lost in total of almost XXXX dollars. I have been trying to get footage from bank and to compare the footage they have with my face. I have called so many times and never have gotten a solution. I was a victim of fraud which also led to somebody dropping a fraudulent check on my account.. forging my signature. I have also informed them that my purse was stolen which I explained I lost my id, cards, I lost money! I got a police report as instructed to do and even wrote a letter. I have opened claims in total of 4 times after doing each step I was told. I have changed bank id, ordered new card and still no result. I was informed a woman who appeared to look similar to me was responsible for this mess. I called one more time and now the next step is simply legal help if I get granted access to footage from the cops. Please help! I am mentally drained from no help during this stressful process.I have been a loyal customer to Bank of America for almost 2 years! I just would like my Money back!!!!
