XX/XX/2021 I ordered a 'Built-in '' " Natural Gas '' grill from AAFES and used their Military Star credit card for the purchase. I specifically ordered the built-n and natural gas version of a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I went to install the grill it was a " Roll-in '' and " LP '' grill. I called to have the grill replaced with what I ordered however AAFES was out of stock and could not find a replacement for me. I provided all the details they asked me for and I sent the pictures they requested. I was promised a phone call in a few days when they arranged a carrier to pick up my grill. Beginning the last week of XX/XX/2021 I had to call AAFEs every 3- 4 days through the 1st week of XX/XX/2021 ( 7-weeks ) and every phone call followed the same format. 1. ) They would review the previous notes and apologize that they never completed the return process. 2. ) They would put me on hold for long periods of time to discuss it with management. 3. ) They would get back on the phone or management would get on the phone and assure me and promise me that they would arrange for a carrier to pick it up and call me with that information. They never called me with the information and this process would repeat over and over. I offered to take the grill to the exchange at XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NC for them. Once I was told they would look into it and the 2nd time I was callously told to call XXXX XXXX exchange myself to arrange this.
