On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a loan application to Rocket Mortgage to refinance my property. All documentation requirements were met within 10 days based on the documents that were listed at Rocket Mortgages online portal. My credit score is over 715 at all three credit bureaus. I've had over 8 mortgages in the past 20 years and they were all paid as agreed without issues. The matter of child support arrears and unknown issues such as the possible existence of alimony stemming from my XXXX divorce was raised ( on the phone only ) as the only areas of risk. Rocket Mortgage requires any such debts to be paid off similar to existing mortgages on a subject property EVEN IF THERE ARE NO LIENS. On the matter of child support, I provided an order from the Court terminating monthly child support payments effective XX/XX/XXXX. At the time of the loan application, I had a balance of approximately {$11000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, the Title Review and Appraisal were completed with no issues that would prevent loan approval. THERE WERE NO LIENS ON THE PROPERTY. On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke to the loan officer and was informed that the primary reason for cancellation is my unwillingness to provide Rocket Mortgage with a copy of my XXXX Divorce Degree for the purposes of establishing whether I owe alimony to my ex-wife or any other divorce-related debt.
