Consumer Narrative
MyFedLoans was contacted regarding credited number of payments under IBR/PSLF ( Income Based Repayment/Public Service Loan Forgiveness ). They currently have credited my account 8 payments, but prior to the 8, they had me credited as 13. They recently " reviewed '' the account and replied that the 8 is correct without any explanation and marked the account as closed. They didn't explain the discrepancy or why my first two years of payments weren't credited when based on my plan, the amount was {$0.00}. They were also supposed to credit 25 months from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX where I worked for a XXXX XXXX in my area.
