Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX I made a cashiers check deposit into a chase atm account. I got a receipt immediately saying I should call a number with the claim number provided to make sure my money was deposited. There was no records of the deposit once I called. Chase continues to say theyll expedite things and send emails informing me of the actions but nothing has been resolved and Ive yet to be reached out to. All the communication has been due to me calling 1-2 times a day. Ive used chases atms for years and never had this issue before. This is a business account that I use for payroll and there seems to be no concern whether my business will make it or not.
