I requested and was sent two Netspend Debit cards that did, and, or do have {$1000.00} and {$12000.00} dollars in them repectively. These cards I did activate by telephone, at the Netspend numbers given on the envelope, insert that I got with the cards, and also the number on the cards. The numbers were : XXXX, XXXX and also XXXX. These cards I have been trying to use here in XXXX County, Nevada. I have got several different ATM and tranaction highlight LCP statemnts back ; including Restricted Card, Ineligible Account, No Funds In Account, and salso Incorrect PIN. I know theese print LPC statements to be false, and some times, and most often at all a receipt looking LPC statent is prined just like a receipt woulld be printed for the would be purchacen except that it says DECLINED in bold letters at the bottom or some where near there. The guys from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX used to be proliferant at this, and they did it all the time years ago. I suspect that it is them once again. Other dlinined prints and statemnts simply seem to come sometime from a private oerator with a declinator remote. I idnetified his name once as XXXX XXXX near the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX restaurant in XXXX, Nevada near the XXXX XXXX XXXX Sore. Please help correct this.
