CHASE WELCOME BONUS OF XXXX POINTS ( DETAILS ATTACEED ) LETTER SENT TO CHASE AND RESPONSE EMAIL TRAIL ALSO ATTACHED Dear sirs I applied for the Chase XXXX card and was approved late XXXX XXXX This card came with a XXXX point welcome bonus with a minimum spend requirement within 3 months. This was the only reason that I applied for this card. Because of significant mail delays at that time ( acknowledged by Chase in the accompanying email stream ) I received the card only on XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was also advised that I will be receiving a more secure card which can be tapped instead of inserting or swiping. I was also waiting for this card which arrived in XXXX XXXX. I made my first purchase on XX/XX/XXXX and my last purchase was on XXXX XXXX XXXX I fulfilled all the requirements by spending {$3000.00} within 3 months. As seen from the attached email stream, Chase refers to a fictitious end date of XX/XX/XXXX. I have repeatedly pointed out to them that I can not use the card till I physically receive the cards ( tap and non-tap ). The email stream will show how our correspondence was like two ships passing in the middle of the night without seeing each other. There is acknowledgment that there were mail delays at that time which made me receive my card on XXXX XXXX XXXX It is also very evident that I met the spend requirements within 3 months. I have attached the necessary proof to show this. Yet the Chase response has been in the form of canned correspondence. I am sending this email to you because of the lack of understanding of the Chase team responsible for addressing this issue. Please help me to resolve this issue. I have closed my Chase money market and checking accounts till this issue is resolved Yours truly XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
