My name is XXXX XXXX I have a prepaid Bank of America debit card through EDD I filed a claim with fraudulent charges sold XXXX and some change the claim was found in my favor 100 % the letter received says that my deposit will be permanent not provisional and that it shall be deposited immediately I filed the complaint XX/XX/XXXX it was resolved in my favorite XX/XX/XXXX this is all in 2021 today XX/XX/XXXX I have yet to receive the immediate deposit Bank of America associates seen not to know why I have no answers for me and will not transfer me to authority who can have my funds put into my account they have lied to me on numerous occasions that there's no superiors that there's no management they have told me three working days days after it was resolved my friends should be deposited they have not here now XX/XX/2021 they have no more access to my account so they say they can get their story straight all I want is the money that is due to me and they can not provide that to me at all whatsoever with no answers at all whatsoever I was under the assumption that immediate meant immediately like right away but evidently they don't know the meaning of the word immediate I have yet to receive any funds the customer service is horrible they talk over me they don't listen to me they think of every excuse but pay me
