On XXXX. XXXX, 2021, I made a reservation at a XXXX for a five night stay which totaled to {$2000.00}. The payment was processed through my PayPal account. I ended up canceling the reservation due to my family and I testing XXXX XXXX XXXX and having to XXXX. I emailed the host about my refund due to their policy with COVID, but they only refunded {$140.00} on XXXX XXXX2021 which is the cleaning fee.I continuously contacted XXXX and the host for my refund but they declined. I currently have a negative balance of {$1900.00} on my PayPal account. Also, I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge and they did a provisional credit. The {$1900.00} was reversed back into my account on XXXX, 2021 meanwhile it was under investigation. On XXXX, 2021, my account was charged {$1900.00} which is at a negative balance. I pleaded to both parties and PayPal that I am unemployed and I was affected by the virus but they refused to process my refund.
