Consumer Narrative

I applied for an Amazon store card on XX/XX/21 and instead of the store card I received a Amazon Prime Rewards Visa. It was the wrong card and I contacted both Amazon and Chase and they both said to go to the credit bureaus because it was out of their hands. I keep filing dispute after dispute and it is being rejected. I never applied for this specific card. Now I have a closed account because it is the wrong card and I do not use it and closed it.
