This alleged debt is fraudulent as I am the natural person, consumer in fact, and entered into a consumer credit transaction. Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692j ( a ) It is unlawful to design, compile, and furnish any form knowing that such form would be used to create the false belief in a consumer that a person other than the creditor of such consumer is participating in the collection of or in an attempt to collect a debt such consumer allegedly owes such creditor, when in fact such person is not so participating. I in fact extended you credit as the Creditor/Natural person and you gave me a loan which isnt defined under Truth in Lending or FDCPA, which created an alleged debt. That is deceptive behavior, fraud, and punishable under federal law. I am not participating in the collection of any alleged debt. Pursuant to 18 U.S. Code 8 as defined by congress, The term obligation or other security of the United States includes all bonds, certificates of indebtedness, national bank currency, Federal Reserve notes, Federal Reserve bank notes, coupons, United States notes, Treasury notes, gold certificates, silver certificates, fractional notes, certificates of deposit, bills, checks, or drafts for money, drawn by or upon authorized officers of the United States, stamps and other representatives of value, of whatever denomination, issued under any Act of Congress, and canceled United States stamps.
