Original Loan XXXX XXXX XXXX Refinanced XXXX Carrington Mortgage Services LLC Judge Ruling XXXX Legal Fees Assessed XXXX XXXX Filed XX/XX/XXXX I filed for XXXX and was 5 months behind on mortgage when I received XXXX. The loan was sold during foreclosure. I attempted to bring the payments current but mortgage company refused, demanding full balance and started foreclosure. I obtained legal service through XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, which I was exempt from paying for any legal fees due to my income/disability. The judge dismissed the case, no prevailing parties and I was to pay for my own legal fees. A loan modification was done and debit authorization for mortgage payment. Mortgage company assessed legal fees and placed on my mortgage statement as past due. This does show on my credit report. The assessed legal fees are ridiculously high and no proof of their fees from their attorney and/or filing fees or court costs except what they want to charge. Please see the attached original mortgage loan, judge ruling stipulation and correspondence.
