I started with a refinance on XXXX, gave the a {$500.00} good faith deposit on XXXX, after several weeks, and lots of paperwork sent to them, I got an appraisal on my home on, XXXX. Then after several more weeks, I get 4 loan estimates ( non of which was for what I had been told ) I was asked for more check stubs, and other paper work. My interest hold was running out on XXXX, and got extended until XXXX, and still no closing date. On XXXX I got referred to another person at Rocket, that was a " top specialist '', to help get this closed. It was him that came up with the inspection report? He said I needed to see page 4 and do the foundation repair before the loan could close. I only had until XXXX to get that done? They drug their feet for 60 days, and were only giving me 3 days? He said Rocket would withdraw the lone if I didn't, I had an appraisal not inspection, I don't have a foundation, and I couldn't get it done in 3 days. I know they will say I withdrew the loan and I don't get my money back, they never intended to loan my money they just didn't have the balls to tell me, so they came up with something I couldn't do, to say I did it. when I told the " specialist '' that he referred me Client Relations, I got one call from them that I missed and have not heard anything else from Rocket.
