I purchased merchandise from a seller on XXXX XXXX. This was for a new, unopened XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$500.00}. I was directed to the XXXX site to submit payment which I did using my PayPal Prepaid-Mastercard. As soon as the payment sent, the seller deleted all accounts from XXXX, XXXX, and I am unable to contact him in any way. I have open disputes with all companies but no-one is able to do anything and keep telling me to contact my local law enforcement. They also can not seem to tell me directly why my purchase is not falling under the purchase protection plan. I am needing to get my money back asap and they all are unable to do or provide anything. All three of these are departments of the same company, PayPal, but yet they can not communicate with each other and have failed to provide me with requested information, phone call recordings with representatives, escalation to the head of the company or even provide me with their contact information. I want to find this person and have fraudulent online scamming charges pressed against him. I will attach all current documentation I have regarding this issue and would appreciate a very prompt and timely resolution for this matter. I have spent precious hours dealing with this and do not have the time to spare to continue getting pushed around with no resolution as I am a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and mother with responsibilities that are needing to be handled at a higher priority than being on the phone arguing with a representative who does not even speak clear XXXX.
