I was issued a Prepaid Mastercard Virtual Debit Card with a high balance but given a short expiration date within which to use it of approximately 6 months. I did not use the entire amount before expiration but can not figure out how to obtain a replacement card for the remaining balance of several XXXX dollars. I can not even figure out how to speak with a Customer Service Representative, since when I call the number of the back of the card XXXX I get put into an endless loop of IVR selections.
