Subject : I am in dilemma My finance condition is completely reigned by the aggressive debt collector- Rushmore LMS and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The collectors employed the attorney to continue to hinder every move to the financial predicament I am facing. Recently, I had a buyer for the property located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that I obtained equity line of credit of about {$25000.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX. The HELOC loan was fraudulently sold to XXXX XXXX in XXXX at the time, my chapter XXXX bankruptcy was active. In XXXX, XXXX XXXX was represented by a highly connected law firm XXXX XXXX XXXX as shown in exhibit A. The law firm easily obtained a judgment on pleading of {$42000.00} by default and ignored my bankruptcy protection and filed a writ to sell the property on sheriffs sale. Around XX/XX/XXXX, Rushmore LMS and XXXX XXXX XXXX began to call the HELOC loan, a mortgage and started creating escrow accounts, fees insurance charges, legal fees, interest and others charges added to the amount owed. Currently, Rushmore LMS demands for a payoff of about {$67000.00} and a reinstatement quotes of about {$34000.00} in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX the amount was {$43000.00} and {$45000.00} both due on XX/XX/XXXX that is about {$10000.00} jump in two months. As shown on exhibit B, B2 and B3 respectively. Before XX/XX/XXXX I paid the reinstatement monthly amount due of {$11000.00} to Rushmore LMS but they rejected the payment for unknown reason. I requested for update statements since XX/XX/XXXX and no update quotes has been provided up to date because they simply want to delay settlement so that they can successfully sell my property on sheriffs sale that XXXX XXXX XXXX, the Attorney cleverly masterminded. The plan of the law firm is to enforce the judgment obtained on behalf of XXXX XXXX as in exhibit C which they currently fixed for sheriffs sale on XX/XX/XXXX. Rushmore LMS continue to aggressively multiply the balances by creating accounts and preventing my settlement offers from getting to the lender- XXXX XXXX XXXX according to Rushmore staffs, they said they are privileged to accept or reject any offer presented. The letter from Rushmore referencing the lender information was without phone and fax number to communicate with the lender as shown on exhibit D. I am completely oppressed and psychologically and emotionally drained as my financial world are being destroyed by Rushmore LMS. I cant understand how a balance of HELOC loan of about {$25000.00} in XXXX now reached a balance of {$67000.00} in XXXX. No explanation was so far given and the subject property insurance was paid by me in XXXX through XXXX. At this time, I seriously requested for your assistance to resolve this problem before Rushmore and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the law firm completely destroy my finances and steal my property I currently spent about {$35000.00} and currently lived there as shown on exhibit E.
