I, XXXX XXXX, have a Bank of America ( BOA ) joint checking account with my mother XXXX XXXX. The account number is XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX, My mother and I requested that my sister, XXXX XXXX, be added to the account. XXXX and XXXX are located in NC, and I am located in MA. The three involved parties went to thier respective BOA offices, filled out the required paper work, had them notarized, and the forms were submitted by BOA for processing. By XXXX, XXXX had not been added to the account. The three involved parties again went to BOA branches, and told representatives again about the request, and that the transaction had not been completed. We were assured by BOA that the problem would be resolved. By XXXX, XXXX had again not been added to the account. I went to my branch at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX MA and spoke again to respresentative XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), who again promised to resolve this problem. I gave him a week to resolve the problem, which expired on XX/XX/XXXX. I have had no communication from BOA since then.
