Bank of America keeps debiting my Credit card even though my credit card balance is XXXX. Every month they debit my card and then send me a check, but I don't have use of the funds for those times and it has caused hardship for me resulting in overdrawing my bank account.. have contacted their customer service department but it still occurs. I don't think it is fair for a big financial company to be able to use my money without recourse.
