I am paying on several school loans, I thought this loan was paid off. The company did not reach out to me with any late notices. I noticed my credit was effected in a negative light. So I found out my loan was not paid off. Before and after this incident, I have no other non payments. I asked them to take this off my credit report after i was current. The delinquent accounts were in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX of XXXX. I asked if I paid them if they would take them off. My credit is very low because of this school loan. Company Name is FEDLOAN servicing.
