I had applied for a Bank Account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. My application was then denied when I called to ask them why I was first told that my name came up on ChexSystems. I then ask what came up, and the customer service rep told me I would have to contact ChexSystems. I went to the ChexSystems website and was able to pull up my report from ChexSystems, and It had nothing on it. I then called XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX and spoke to a rep named XXXX. I explained to her the situation and asked what was on the report they received because I don't see it on the report I pulled up online. She couldn't give me the information and stated that I would have to file another application If I believed a mistake was made. I then ask to speak to a supervisor, and that one would call me back. I later revived a call from XXXX XXXX XXXX, Second Vice President, Online & Mobile Banking Customer Service Supervisor , Online & Mobile Banking, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX She informed me over the phone that ChexSystems had reflagged my address stating it was non-residential and comes back to a homeless shelter. I informed her that the information is false, and she told me to contact ChexSystems. When I contacted ChexSystems they denied providing any other information than what I was able to download from the site.
