To whom it may concern, My name is XXXX XXXX reside in the XXXX XXXX Florida. I had open credit card with bank of america and was pain the credit card with good standing until i was let go from my employment in XXXX and i was still paying with good standing until XXXX and then the pendemic hit here in Florida and i missed to month of payment. I then called bank of america to withdrawal the money from my checking account to later get a letter from a collection company. I can't recall the collections company 's name but that's who i was making payment 's to. Bank of america closed the account on, XXXX, XXXX XXXX.I was in the impression that my payments where being withdrawal by bank of america but it was not so. Then I receive a letter from this company that calls them self XXXX XXXX XXXX that they are an attorney at law firm representing bank of america. On XXXX, XXXX XXXX some papers where left for me regarding a lawsuit by cooling and winter for the amount of XXXX plus court feeds which totals to XXXX dollars that i can't afford to pay with everything that is going on today. I had a hearing today with the court and try to settle with the so-co attorney but he would not want to settle for the amount of {$3000.00} dollars which is more then what they pay for the account when they purchased. I now have a trial date for XXXX, XXXX XXXX and can't afford to pay for an attorney. This is really disturbing that am being sued by a company that i don't even know and the state is allowing it. Can someone please help me.
